• You become a member of Memorial too.
You start the rotation in the units that we have foreseen for your competencies in our Headquarters or Hospitals.
• In addition, you are a candidate to be the manager of the future at the end of the training that you will receive for 1 year and that we have specially designed at Memorial Development Academy. With these trainings, we prepare you for the future by contributing to both your personal and professional development. First of all, we evaluate you according to your competencies and the departments you would like to work in. It is enough for us you to graduate from undergraduate departments of universities that provide formal education.
