We have taken women in need, who have not been able to take their place in society, whose education is limited, who are in a difficult situation, and trained them to work with us in the health sector. We have matched them with a colleague for six months and tried to make it easier for them to adapt to our system. Currently, we have provided employment opportunities to more than 50 women in need. We have been working with them for a year. We have also reached all over Turkey with the exhibition we have organized with celebrities. We also have employed 17 earthquake victim women in need.”
