Memorial Health Group (MHG), which is the pioneer of quality health services in Turkey and has made a name for itself with its scientific achievements in the international arena, launched the Memorial Development Academy 3 years ago.
The mission of the Academy is to develop and train its own leaders needed for MHG's vision and strategies. In addition, to support and strengthen our employees in transforming their potential into performance. Academy trainings consist of two categories as vocational and competence development trainings. Our graduates currently work as managers in various departments of the institution and shape the future of the institution.
