Memorial Healthcare Group was chosen “Turkey’s Happiest Workplace” in the “Turkey’s Happiest Workplaces” research done for the first time in Turkey by Happy Place to Work.
“Turkey’s Happiest Workplaces” research in 100 different sectors with 100 different companies’ participation, Memorial Healthcare Group has secured the lead spot with the most outcome of points in medical sector and proud to be adding a new achievement to their global & local accomplishments.

Memorial Health Group, which has been a pioneer in the health sector for many years with its staff of 7500 people, became the “Happiest Workplace in Turkey” as a result of the vote of our valued employees and the evaluation of the projects we have made for the happiness of our employees by the jury.
Medical Sector has faced challenges with the pandemic for two years. During this period, we focused on making our employees feel better, have a sense of meaning and feel valued. We also saw the results of this in the Employee Satisfaction Survey that we conducted ourselves, followed up with Happy Place to Work Survey. Our goal was to ensure that our intention of “we care about you, you are very valuable” had reached them and we see that we have achieved success.

“Employee Satisfaction and Loyalty” is a topic that we have always attached great importance to and are working on. We look at this topic holistically and instead of acting by route while conducting our “Employee Experience” processes, we shape ourselves according to the expectations of our employees, we strive to appeal to their hearts and create a sense of belonging with true corporate loyalty. The Memorial Culture Change Movement which we have implemented in order to ensure that our employees can achieve happiness and capture it while working at their workplaces, has turned into a very important project and met with all our colleagues under the name of “Together For The Future”. The main objective of our project is to create an environment and perception that will allow the employee to feel absolutely valuable in the institution, to live and learn corporate values while having fun, to show empathy first to their colleague, then to the patient and the patient's relatives. This award, which comes with the evaluation of our achievements with many projects such as “Women Shoulder To Shoulder”, which puts the importance of women employment on the agenda. Memorial Development Academy, which attaches importance to education and development, our shares with our employees during the Covid process, is very meaningful. In our group where 5 different generations work and 28 different languages are spoken, this award expresses that we have been able to realize our values by including everyone, and that we have been able to express our point of view and intentions to our colleagues, and this makes us very proud. Memorial Health Group has “Patient and Employee Satisfaction” as one of its values. This states that, employee satisfaction is as important to us as patient satisfaction. For this reason, we attach great importance to maintaining employee satisfaction. This topic will always remain our main focus. It is a source of great happiness for us to see the value we give to every member of the Memorial Family as a sparkle in their eyes and that this is reflected in all our patients... We are proud.
